Deccan Chargers coach Darren Lehmann says Ryan Harris an IPL steal

QUEENSLAND all-rounder Ryan Harris will be the recruiting steal of the Indian Premier League’s second edition, predicts Deccan Chargers coach Darren Lehmann. Each IPL side is permitted to sign one player yet to represent his country during the competition, scheduled to run from April through May.
