Modi has no right to shift IPL matches out of Jaipur: Cong

Lalit Modi’s threat to shift Indian Premier League matches out of Jaipur drew a sharp reaction from the ruling Congress here with the party’s state President C P Joshi saying that the IPL chairman has “no right” to do so.
