Pundits don’t mind ‘strategic breaks’

And if rapid action was once said to be Twenty20′s unique selling point, “there will be no action at all during the added time” now. Each innings will halt for seven-and-a-half minutes after exactly 10 overs so more airtime can be sold by television.
