Andhra minister wants Deccan to boycott IPL if matches moved out

In what is believed to a reactionary move to the IPL season opener being shifted out of Hyderabad to Mumbai, the Andhra Pradesh sports minister has asked the Deccan Chargers to boycott the tournament altogether
