Kolkata Knight Riders 175 for 7 (Ganguly 86*, Gul 24) beat Kings XI Punjab 174 for 6 (Sangakkara 64, Marsh 40, Gul 4-23) by three wickets

Knight Riders ended their IPL campaign with a win against in-form Kings XI Punjab. Knight Ganguly lead the Riders to win with an unbeaten 86 runs which included 6 sixes and 6 fours. Umar Gul had an excellent last match with ball and the bat. Gul bowled a tidy spell for the Knight Riders taking 4 wickets for 23 runs. Chasing a formidable total of 174, Gul played a 11 ball 24 runs cameo with 3 sixes and a four to seal the victory in favor of his team. Gul was declared Man of the Match.
