Dale Steyn and Albie Morkel had contrasting Indian Premier League debuts as the Chennai Super Kings beat the Bangalore Royal Challengers by 13 runs in Bangalore on Monday. Steyn and Morkel played their first matches in India after completing their Standard Bank Pro20 commitments with the champion Easterns Titans side, and were on opposing sides on Monday. Western Cape Cobras stars Jacques Kallis and Mark Boucher were also in action, alongside Steyn in the Bangalore team.
