INDIAN cricket pundits and fans have been asking why Shane Warne never captained Australia after leading a team stacked with relative unknowns to the top of the Indian Premier League. The Rajasthan Royals defied pre-tournament predictions that they were candidates for the wooden spoon and finished in first place on the league table.
